Psalm 91: 1-2
1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
He will dwell in the shadow of the Almighty.2 I will say to Jehovah: My hope, and my castle;
My God, in whom I will trust.
The most important thing we have as Christians is the life we have when no one sees us, the one that only the Lord sees. When we read these verses, when we read that we will dwell under the shadow of the Almighty, it refers to that place of solitude and secrecy that we have to commune with God.

Psalm 91: 3-4
3 He will free you from the hunter's snare,
From the destructive plague.4 With its feathers it will cover you,
And under his wings you will be safe;
Shield and buckler is his truth.
The Lord promises us that he will always be with us taking care of every entrance and exit, no matter the time or the moment, kneel in the presence of the Lord and you will see how the blessings and promises of God are fulfilled each one of them.
Psalms 91:5-7
5 You will not fear the night terror,
Nor an arrow that flies by day,6 Nor pestilence that walks in darkness,
Nor the plague that destroys at noonday.7 A thousand will fall by your side,
And ten thousand at your right hand;
But it will not come to you.
As Christians we know that the Lord is our hope, as long as we live with the Lord his promises will be reflected. Psalms 91:8-16
8 Certainly with your eyes you will look
And you see the reward of the wicked.9 Because you have made the Lord, who is my hope,
To the Most High for your room,10 No harm will befall you,
No plague will touch your home.11 For he will command his angels about you,
May they keep you in all your ways.12 They will carry you in their hands,
So that your foot does not stumble on a stone.13 On the lion and the asp you will tread;
You will trample the lion's cub and the dragon.14 Because he has put his love on me, I will also deliver him;
I will put him on high, because he has known my name.15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in anguish;
I will deliver him and glorify him.16 I will satisfy him with long life,
