I slept and woke up because only You, oh God of my salvation, sustained me
You are my good Shepherd, the love of my life and my shadow at my right hand.
This day I give to You so that it may be done according to Your will in Christ Jesus
I will not fear any evil because only You make me live confident
My Father, I ask you to cover me with the powerful and precious blood of Jesus and clothe me with Your holy Armor to keep me standing at the end of the day.
I enter my health, my body, my mind, that they be subject to what is pleasing to You.

I only know that I put my strength in You
