This is the state where we have tranquility, once we manage to feel that way we can face any adversity. The best thing is always to take the experiences calmly and that way we will obtain great results.
It is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit, which obviously comes from love, but especially from the love we have for God. Which happens because when we have God in our hearts it makes us feel serene and calm.

We all have this fruit of the Holy Spirit within us, but we must know how to apply it, because there are many people who consider themselves impatient, although in reality they have not developed all of this fruit.
If you find yourself in a line, in the car while there is traffic, in an area where you have to wait, obviously you have to be patient. So the best thing is that you develop it properly because it is one of the great fruits of the Holy Spirit.
In life we face various adversities and in some cases even people who can turn out to be enemies in a visible or invisible way, but patience allows us to overcome these inconveniences. As well as negative thoughts that can manifest in moments of concern.
In this way, patience helps prevent anger, resentment, and revenge, allowing us to be at peace, tranquility, and joy. Therefore, as you may be noticing, the fruits of the Holy Spirit are intertwined, each supporting and developing the other.
