In Zaragoza, the Offering of Flowers to the Virgin of the Pilar Once again, the plaza and its surrounding areas were filled with an endless parade of costumes, bouquets, and popular music. The event began in the early morning and, after a steady stream of groups and individual participants, concluded late at night with the statue surrounded by an immaculate mantle.
The event, marked by a broad organization and a serene atmosphere, left figures of great significance and recognizable scenes: entire families, clubs and regional houses advancing patiently to the feet of the Virgin, and a team of assembly and volunteers who kept pace at all times.
A record-breaking day for its duration and massive turnout
The edition left a clear milestone: the longest offering to date, with 17 hours and 49 minutes of development and closing at 00:19, already in the early hours of the following morning. Throughout the day, more than 120.000 bidders laid their bouquets and the transit of about 440.000 people through the square and its surroundings.
The intermediate data also reflected the pulse of the day: at 18:30 the number of more than 64.000 bouquets and the influx exceeded 300.000 people. On the ground they worked close to 400 professionals of Zaragoza Cultural and municipal services, with the support of 30 gardeners and 64 assistants, in addition to some 260 volunteers and staff Civil Protection, Red Cross and security forces.
Organizationally, 1.158 groups They marched with confirmed registration, which added up to 106.897 participants (11,60% more than in the previous edition). The start was at 06:30 by the group 'Bad Seamstresses', and the last exit of the night left the closing very close to midnight.
The free participation took place 07:00 - 20:00The organization insisted on maintaining shifts and avoiding shortcuts through individual lines so as not to slow down access, launching a call for respect for timetables in response to some incidents detected.

Itineraries, schedules and rules of participation
The groups paraded through the Independence Walk as the main axis, accessing the Plaza del Pilar through Don Jaime Street o Alfonso I. They were scheduled five time slots so that the march would be more fluid, and accesses from La Lonja (08:00-10:30) were reserved for people with reduced mobility.

The signaling and support of choirs and rondallas were constant, putting the emphasis on keep pace and don't stop to avoid bottlenecks just before accessing the structure.
News and assembly of the floral structure
The big news of this edition was the handmade floral rug signed by the Alfombristas do Corpus Christi of Ponteareas, a circular piece of approximately eight meters in diameter designed for the passage of the Virgin. Its installation began at 07:30 and was completed around 10:30, providing a very unique visual accent to the surroundings of the mantle.
The floral ensemble was completed with a blanket of white flowers and the traditional Cross of Lorraine in red. The image used for the Principal structure It is a representation of 1,43m and 15kg polyester fiber; the crown with sparkles has 2,64m diameter and the mantle, of 2,50 m height, brings the total up to about 6,70 m (approx. 525 kg without the flowers).

The Offering once again brought together massive participation, top-notch logistics and remarkable aesthetic care, with a historic closure for its duration and a square that, once again this year, became a showcase of tradition, devotion and civic coexistence.
