How many books does the Reina Valera Bible have?
There is a sacred text known as the Reina-Valera Bible , the first book written in Castilian Spanish, based on an exact translation from the original languages of the biblical texts. This excellent translation was done by a famous monk, Casiodoro de Reina, who was of Spanish origin and converted to Protestantism. He worked for years on this work. Finally, a text was written and printed in 1569, and it was revised by Cipriano de Valera.

There is an existing collection of books known as the Reina Valera, but it has 2 editions, they call it the bear bible or the cathar bible. It contained 73 books, which is an official text of Catholicism: In Cipriano de Valera's revision, this version is very famously known as the Pitcher version.
The seven deuterocanonical books found at the end of one of the sections outside the Old Testament were changed, as this would differentiate it from the Catholic Bible. Beginning some time later, around 1862, the Church revised them.
These books were eliminated, following the regular Palestinian Hebrew precept. Currently, this famous Reina Valera version of the biblical text consists of 66 books, of which only 39 correspond to the aforementioned Old Testament.
